Work closely with Oracle's internal business and development teams to drive the technical/functional global implementation of Oracle's applications internally. The main responsibilities may include: Manage all aspects of internal deployment projects and work closely with the internal teams on status, issues and communications. Define business specifications with the internal user community for the global deployment of the application. Define and drive business specifications for product and component integration points. Map standard application functionality to global/local business specifications. Manage product gaps from business specifications to product enhancement and/or business process change. Gather specifications and drive solutions from a global perspective across the e-Business Suite. Define product enhancements to drive solutions across the e-Business Suite for all customers. Manage product setup definition and configuration along with internal business process teams. Manage all aspect of product rollout and coordination with internal teams. Define specifications for data migration from legacy systems into newer applications. Define specifications for data interfaces between applications for product rollouts. Manage user acceptance testing and transfer of information to internal teams. Provide technical support for implemented applications; diagnosing and reporting bugs, applying patches and upgrades as needed. Establish priorities for feasibility studies, systems design and implementation to develop new and/or modify the company*s information processing systems. Coordinate with functional departments involved to collect system specifications, techniques, and controls. Interact with senior management within Product Development, Business organizations and Global IT.
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Individual should hold at least eight years of related experience in a medium to large network distributed and computing environment. BS or equivalent experience in programming on enterprise or department servers or systems.

About Business Unit:
The Global Business Unit Cloud Services (GBUCS) provides Cloud-based Infrastructure and Platform services to allow the Oracle Global Business Units to offer Cloud offerings in the Health Sciences, Communications, Retail, Finance, Utilities and Project Management vertical markets.
The GBUCS Data Center Operations (DCO) team is responsible for driving architecture innovation and enabling Oracle Global Business Unit (GBU) Cloud Offerings. DCO bridges the gap between business and technology and combine a deep understanding of technology, applications, industry best practices, business processes and architectural patterns to develop Cloud solutions that meet the business objectives of the GBU s and their customers.
Roles & Responsibilities:
The Principal Engineer, Identity Access Management is a subject matter expert that has global responsibility for the design and configuration of Active Directory and Windows Server environment.
This person will design and implement a strategy for a long-term scalable, secure, and supportable Cloud Active Directory architecture, appropriate to the company s business model. They will Develop and implement an appropriate Active Directory security model in cooperation with the Enterprise Security Manager and other IT peers.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
Design and architect a global Cloud Active Directory Infrastructure, including, design and implementation of Group Policy, domain consolidation for multiple large scale organizations.
Must possess proven experience working with a large enterprise distributed computing environment. Directory Services Infrastructure architect/design/support as represented above, a strong understanding of architecting and configuring Microsoft Windows OS technology including AD Forests, Domains, Trusts, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and Organizational Units.
Experience with Active Directory within AWS/Azure/Google Cloud environments preferred
Expert in PowerShell and other scripting languages
Plan and execute Active Directory Domain level upgrades and configurations against company standards
Support integration and authentication projects for 3rd party vendor solutions, SSO, cloud hosting
Experience with Cloud Active Directory deployments Plan and design Group Policy Objects as requested to ensure compliance of company policies for servers and user end-point devices.
Troubleshoot and resolve Active Directory, GPO, Kerberos, Active Directory Federated Services, Forefront Identity Manager and other password/identity management systems.
Work with stakeholders and other technical teams to collect business and technical requirements and design / deliver enterprise level solutions
Create and update technical documentation of operating procedures as needed
Maintain standards for installation of infrastructure software / hardware installations.
Oversee the architecture and design of the global backup and recovery of Active Directory.
Collaborate and communicates with architects with internal departments and vendor partners.
Own and lead discussions in business and technical information technology solution implementations, upgrades, enhancement and conversions. Recommends solutions as appropriate.
Support IT goals and objectives including measures and projects.
Act as a member of the Windows Active Directory Domain Administrator Support Team in providing timely and efficient support to assigned operations; coordinate day-to-day operations, apply security patches/fixes and anti-virus updates as released by software manufacturers and anti-virus vendors, create and implement domain level security policies such as authentication mechanisms, password policies and rules, IPSEC policies etc., review domain level rights and privileges and perform changes to the same as appropriate, and maintenance in a critical enterprise-class servers.
Follow and apply configuration and security standards and policies within a defined Change Management process.
Establish/recommend policies on system use and services.
Participate in an on-call rotation.
Support team members in resolving other escalated issues as necessary
