This role will oversee and perform maintenance in support of day-to-day operations and maintain the physical assets of the property.
+ Perform technical maintenance jobs as required.
+ Maintain all machinery and equipment under the direction of the Maintenance Manager and in accordance with applicable federal, state and local safety and environmental regulations.
+ Ensure all preventive, predictive and other maintenance systems are adhered to and properly performed for all machinery, equipment and buildings.
+ Maintain and repair manufacturing equipment.
+ Train and assist Maintenance Technicians and other more junior maintenance staff.

+ High school diploma or equivalent.
Relevant Work Experience
+ At least 3 of experience at fabrication processes, as well as experience facilitating PM programs, implementing safety initiatives, and educating operators on machine maintenance and safety .
+ Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
+ Ability to use precision measuring equipment such as calipers and micrometers.
+ Installing and troubleshooting various systems skills.
+ Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
+ Knowledge of all MIOSHA and OSHA standards.
+ Must be able to occasionally lift 75 pounds.
+ Must be able to work at heights.
+ Associate's degree in a related technical area.
