Data Coordinator / Intern
As a OneSpace Data Coordinator / Intern, you will work with the written and visual content of our client e-commerce sites gathering data, entering support tickets and auditing web pages. This requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining impeccable attention to detail.
In this role you will:
Support our publication process, ensuring that optimized e-commerce content is live on any respective retailer site outlined in a client contract
Submit retailer support tickets to communicate and request changes to any content or images that have published partially or incorrectly
Manage and organize any follow-ups necessary to resolve publishing discrepancies with the retailer
Audit retailer product pages for accuracy, ensuring that what is live on a client’s product page is both correct and complete; images and content should be what OneSpace created and submitted for publication
Work closely with the deployment team to communicate and resolve any challenges with publication
Communicate internally any identified changes to retailer templates or requirements
Gain exposure to the development and publication of e-commerce content and images for online retailers
Establish procedures and processes that support OneSpace and departmental standards, values and strategic directives
Oversee data gathering of product assets from respective retailer and/or client systems — e.g., Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Product Information Management (PIM) systems
Requirements
To win in this role you need:
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 1-year work experience preferred
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
Data entry, customer service, or other client support experience preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and related programs
A mind for creative problem-solving and a desire to learn
Outstanding organizational skills
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
