As a Presales Software Architect, you will join the presales team as a technical leader responsible for delivering software demonstrations around the core solutions Enablon provides. In this role, you will be a key contributor working closely with the presales engineers to translate business requirements into functional requirements, to customize and configure the Enablon software. Serving as the lead technical expert on the presales and sales team in North America, you will be interfacing with the IT team, making sure that our demonstrations are running well, and with the Product Management team, sharing trends in prospect’s requirements.

You will be working closely with our global customers and potential customers, assisting our presales and sales team to respond to functional and technical requirements, and to bring innovations to our demonstration solutions to ultimately ensure successful sales completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with solution engineers to translate business requirements into solution designs

  • Evaluate risk by identifying development complexity, limitations and impacts

  • Determine development feasibility within identified constraints

  • Support and maintain the demonstration platforms with all necessary application server updates and critical bug fixes

  • Develop and maintain new tools necessary for demonstrations and demonstration preparation

  • Develop business requirements and prepare data for demonstrations

  • Prepare, implement, maintain and support POCs and sandboxes for various prospects and customers

  • Troubleshoot and guide the team to resolve complex problems

  • Suggest core infrastructure enhancements based on market needs

  • Brainstorm and solve problems that will considerably increase product user experience

  • Provide teammates continuous technical support

  • Provide guidance for new feature enhancements and key decisions

  • Share knowledge through collaboration, training, peer review, presentations,

  • Participate in on-site client demos, workshops or training

  • Partner with the Sales team throughout entire sales cycle

Qualifications:

  • BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent

  • 0-1 year of experience with web development (Nabsic, HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, relational databases and SQL)

  • 0-1 year of experience with SQL Server and Oracle Databases

  • Fluent written and spoken English

  • Strong knowledge around IT topics including designing, overall performance and security

  • Excellent problem-solving skills

  • Strong business analysis skills

  • Excellent verbal and written Communication skills

  • Strong initiative

  • Excellent presentation skills

  • Self-motivated team player with strong inter-personal skills
