Purpose
of the Role:
SelfManaged Reporting Tool (SMART) is platform by different business units toleverage American express global closed loop data to enable merchant analytics.Its also used by SMART Content owners to build new and enhance existing contentavailable for different business units across the global
SMARTprovides opportunity to high talented web developers to work on HTML5, CSS,Javascript, React, Redux, Reducer, ES6, Props and State, Axios, JEST, jQuery,Node.js
Opportunityto work closely with product owners to enhance and modernize User Experince formore than 2000 user of application
Qualifications
5 years of software development experience, and preferably a BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other Technical disciplines.
As an Engineer on the team, the applicant will need to handle any Technical issues that are beyond the capability of the other members of the team.
Demonstrated experience in Agile development, application design, software development, and testing.
Thorough understanding and hands-on HTML5, CSS, Javascript, React, Redux, Reducer, ES6, Props and State, Axios, JEST, jQuery
Good understanding of CI/CD processes leveraging Jenkins, XLR etc
Experience with latest UX trends to help Product Owners continuously improve customer experience
A proven hunger to learn new technologies and translate them into working software.
Ability to proactively support colleagues and collaborates with them to help achieve targets.
Proven Recognition of the importance of teamwork to achieve objectives
