The position will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing SharePoint features in support of a Transition Planning and Support Team (TPS). The team will be responsible for shifting new and changed IT services from the test/validation environment into the production Air Force Network (AFNET), ensuring minimum disruption to existing Enterprise IT (EIT) services. The TPS will plan and coordinate resources so that the new or changed service meets requirements, ideally outlined in Service Design Packages. Lastly, TPS identifies, manages, and controls any disruptions that take place when transitioning the new or changed EIT services onto the AFNET.
Must have 8 years of applicable IT experience (A BS/BA can substitute for 4 years)
Knowledge and experience in the following areas is required: C# or Visual Basic, MS Visual Studio 2012/2013, and XML
An active SECRET clearance.
Prior DoD or USAF working environment experience a plus
Vendor training/certifications a plus
Experience with SharePoint 2013, Office 365, and SharePoint Online
Experience with Team Foundation Server
