TEKsystems Helpdesk Technician in Schaumburg, Illinois
Currently have a great opportunity for a helpdesk technician. This is a long opportunity with a major organization in the Chicagoland suburbs. We are looking for someone that has 2+ years experience in helpdesk (tickets will consist of reimaging machines, inventory management issues, and database issues that arise), hardware and software support, and software configuration/database configuration. Work hours are 7-7 central.
