Description Client is looking for a German speaking Help Desk Analyst to join their team at their corporate office in Schaumburg, IL.
Fluent in both German and English required
Monday-Friday: 1am-10am CST schedule
Responsibilities will include:
German/English technical support for international clients in Europe.
PC software and/or hardware systems support via telephone or e-mail in accordance with service level requirements
End user support; Windows 7/10, O365 and MS Office apps
Providing quality customer support from an information technology (IT) Help Desk
You will also have frequent contact with internal and external IT customers, all help desk peers, and managers
Qualifications will include:
Must be fluent in German with all forms of communications including, speaking, reading, and writing.
Associate degree or equivalent and 1-3 years technical experience
Ability to work Monday-Friday 1:00AM-10:00AM CST
A+ Certification preferred
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively via documentation, telephone, and e-mail with customers and peers in varying roles
Troubleshooting skills in PC software, operating systems, applications, networks
