The Solutions Architect’s primary role is to transform business functional requirements into technical solutions. The Solutions Architect will guide business and IT stakeholders in strategic planning to realize impactful business outcomes leveraging information technology and with an understanding of the company’s strategic vision. The Solutions Architect is expected to perform analysis, design, development, and implementation of process and technology within the Salesforce suite of applications, while maintaining an understanding and high-level view of technology components to translate how business systems are impacted.
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field.
7+ years’ experience in Solutions or Systems Architecture.
3+ years’ experience in application and Salesforce product architecture.
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
Experience in Salesforce application configuration.
Experience in application development platforms and/or languages (APEX/ Lightning Web Components).
Experience in cloud computing (SaaS / PaaS / iPaaS).
Experience in DevOps and continuous integration and deployment process and tools.
Experience in data analysis, and strong understanding of integration best practices and patterns.
Experience in iterative and/or agile and/or scrum development.
Experience in solution architecture.
Strong understanding of information systems and business processes.
Strong analytical skills with system design and implementation experience.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively communicate within IT and other departments, and influence decision makers.
Excellent time management, organization and prioritization skills.
Demonstrated interpersonal, teamwork and relationship building skills in order to work effectively and contribute to a team environment.
Self-motivated individual with possession of strong leadership skills and presence
Excellent ability to manage competing demands, changes or delays.
Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Experience in the beverage industry.
Formal project management training and experience.

Salesforce Platform Developer II
Salesforce Application Architect
Salesforce System Architect
