Implementation SupervisorThe Implementation Supervisor is a senior professional and leader amongst the Implementation Specialist group. This position is responsible for delivering the implementation results of the implementation specialist team by driving active use of the Verizon Connect WORK SaaS product and providing an extraordinary customer experience. In addition to driving the implementation framework, the team lead will be developing toward a management position and will be expected to assist in the development and execution, as well as the training and development of the existing and newly hired implementation specialists.As a player/coach, the team lead will also manage a percentage of customer account onboarding projects as determined by senior leadership, to remain close to the product and maintain their technical skills and understanding of the implementation process.


  • Ensure all aspects of the implementation process/framework are being practiced.

  • Drive compliance of SFDC record keeping.

  • Assess and communicate performance of employees and provide recommendations to management on appropriate corrective measures.

  • Drive KPI attainment across the Implementation Specialist team.

  • Coach and help develop new and existing team members.

  • Manage a segment of customer implementations as determined by senior leadership

What we’re looking for...

  • 2 or more years of management experience

  • 3 or more years of SW Implementation experience.

  • SMB Sales experience preferably in a SaaS environment

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably Business or Communications

  • 3-5 years’ experience in Implementation or Professional Services
