Kforce Senior Guidewire Integrator in Peoria, Illinois

Kforce has a client in search of a Senior Guidewire Integrator in Peoria, Illinois (IL).Position Objective:The Senior Guidewire Integrator will be responsible for the development, operation, support and maintenance of Guidewire systems. This role will be responsible for designing, configuring, developing and testing of in-house solutions within the Guidewire suite and will conduct technical design and code reviews. This will be a highly visible position critical to the successful execution of key strategic initiatives that will support existing lines of businesses in the Guidewire space.Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and define complex business requirements for a solution and develop functional specifications

  • Participate in overall design of integration in conjunction with experts on the target systems

  • Demonstrate capability of adopting to new technologies, procedures and contribute to improve them

  • Use strong analytical and problem-solving expertise to perform complex analysis of data and develop business intelligence integration designs

  • Design and develop integration components, including plug-ins, messaging and supporting business rules

  • Contribute to the design and execution of integration standards according to the organization's policies as well as best practices

  • Provide regular status and statistical reports for management use

  • Develop and execute unit test cases, resolve defects and provide active support through all phases of Testing (including QA, UAT)

  • Conduct code and integration review/walkthrough

  • 8-12 years of relevant Business Intelligence and Big Data architecture and design experience

  • Industry certifications and a demonstrated commitment to professional development highly preferred

  • Experienced with industry best practice in regard to analytics and business intelligence initiatives within varying enterprise environments

  • Excellent verbal and written communication with experience interfacing with all levels of an organization required

  • Enterprise Architecture Skills: architecture modeling, building block design, applications and role design, and systems integration

  • Technical IT Skills: thorough understanding of modern data warehouse architecture and business intelligence; experience with visualization and analysis tools such as Tableau/QlikView/PowerBI and Excel

  • Thorough understanding of modern data warehouse architecture and business intelligence

  • Experience with AWS Data stack a plus, but not required
