Work in Illinois Manufacturing Jobs

Description:

Responsible for both preventative and reactive maintenance on all production machinery

Perform set ups and change overs for machine operators when necessary

Troubleshooting and repairing on die cutters, flex o folders, packagers, wrappers, corrugated, etc.

Reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics for repairs

Performing basic welding for repairs (MIG/STICK)

Working with relays, fuses, drives, AC/DC motors

Working up to 480V's daily

Performing minor facility maintenance when needed

2nd shift position 3pm-11pm

Will train on 1st shift 7am-3pm

Must be open to working Saturdays when needed, usually half days

Working anywhere from 5-12 hours of OT when busy

Electrical, Maintenance technician, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Mechanical, Repair, Troubleshooting, Schematic, Preventive maintenance, mig welding, stick welding

Top Skills Details:

1)3+ years of experience as a maintenance tech/mechanic

2)Basic welding experience (MIG/STICK)

3) Ability to troubleshoot both mechanical and minor electrical issues

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

MUST HAVES:

3+ years of experience as a maintenance technician or mechanic

Basic welding experience (STICK/MIG)

Ability to troubleshoot and repair both mechanic and minor electrical issues

Own tools

Experience working up to 480V's

Nice to haves:

Experience within a corrugated or paper environment

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics

Ability to troubleshoot PLC's
