GDIT is seeking a Junior Program Analyst Associate to help support our GSM-ETI TO35 program. NOTE: This position is contingent upon contract funding.

The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) is working on many projects supporting the installation of equipment to modernize and sustain the DISN. The DoDIN Consolidated Implementation Support Program coordinates with DISA, DISA customers, and other project stakeholders to support a variety of implementation projects. Examples of Implementation Projects could include, but are not limited to, MILCONs, Relocations, Circuit Transitions, Timing & Sync Modernization, or Sustainment efforts. The Program Analyst Associate provides back-office administrative support across the program.

Roles and responsibilities could include, and are not limited to, the following:

  • Supports the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between logistics, project management and planning, project team, and program management

  • Coordinate onboarding of new team members

  • Coordinates with other team members to provide enterprise support as needed

  • Serves as liaison between program employees and various corporate support business units

  • Assists in creation and maintenance of team standard operating procedures and local work instructions

  • Participates in special projects as required

  • Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.

  • Maintain Risk Register and coordinate with project managers/line managers to assess, document and track risks associated with each project

  • Coordinate meetings, meeting agendas, and capture meeting minutes, including creating and maintaining an action items log

  • Manage lessons learned catalogue, discussions, and implementation across all projects

Required Qualifications:

  • Active (or Interim) DoD Secret or Top Secret Clearance. Candidates without a clearance will be considered contingent upon their ability to complete the clearance process.

  • Bachelor of Science Degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree

  • 1 year of work related experience

  • Microsoft Excel experience

  • SharePoint experience
