The Application Developer Senior Advisor is accountable for the IT product ownership, development and implementation of a critical Integrated Pharmacy experience. You will provide leadership and mentorship for all projects and systems, supporting the Integrated Pharmacy experience. Participate in design, coding and programming tasks. This role work in a matrix model with top-notch organization of software developers who identify, design and deliver technology solutions using Angular, Java, and Data power technology stack to achieve the defined business value. It is critical that you have in depth background in Agile Scrum and XP software development methodology. In addition, Director is especially looking for someone who is very familiar with Integrated Pharmacy experience across our lines of business.

Other responsibilities include establishing and reporting on project and service level metrics to ensure that work is delivered expertly, cost effectively and that processes are continually improved for both the internal and external customer. You will also maintain an awareness of new developments in IT technology and ensures successfully training opportunities are provided along with introduction to product.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years of overall IT experience, including the following:

-Minimum of 5 years’ experience with SQL, Java, J2EE, Vordel

-Minimum of 5 years of Spring, Hibernate, Database and Java Script

-Minimum of 2 years of actual Agile/Scrum experience

-Working knowledge of IT asset discovery and inventory processes and services

-Confirmed leadership skills around resource planning, delegating, estimating and prioritizing work.

-Demonstrated software development experience in numerous IT applications, tools, languages and infrastructure

-Demonstrated understanding of IT security and compliance remediation activities

-Proven ability to express complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing, to audiences at various levels

Preferred Qualifications

*Experience with working with other developers to improve reuse of code and data.

*Experience in the development and management of an annual budget, including financial analysis.

*Ability to lead the design and development of a new product from scratch

*Attention to detail, even while handling multiple priorities

*Demonstrable ability to improve the potential of employees via mentoring and focused development.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
