Our company is looking for a talented and results-driven Detail Supervisor that focuses on efficiency and quality to manage workflow in our facility.
Job responsibilities:
Implement and enforce consistent quality control procedures and perform quality control checks at all stations on a regular basis
Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties.
Set performance goals and delegate tasks
Be proactive in identifying and resolving problems and motivating employees
Assume responsibility and step in where needed to execute deadlines.
Maintain clean equipment, tools, supplies, and service area
Clean interior and exterior of vehicles (including but not limited to: wash, rinse, clean, polish, vacuum, dust, buff, wax, stain-removal, and other basic job duties)
Provide guidance to the development of staff
Maintain adequate staffing to maintain production
Position requirements:
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and handle multiple tasks with a high degree of attention to detail.
At least one year of automotive reconditioning and/or detailing experience
At least one year of automotive dealership experience
Excellent communication skills
Organizational and leadership skills
Must be at least 18 years old with valid driver’s license
Successfully complete pre-employment background check
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
Ability to sit, bend, squat, and hold various positions for long periods of time
