National General Insurance Company HST Contracting Coordinator in Lombard, Illinois
Primary Purpose:Responsible for using various systems to apply for and monitor appointments, as well as coordinate the exchange of information to obtain appointments from various entities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.• Ensure product certifications for represented carriers are complete• Process new appointments and/or coordinate necessary information to obtain such appointments• Track and inform agents of certification requirements• Maintain detailed agent record files• Reconciliation of partner carrier appointments• Maintain licensing forms, databases, spreadsheets in support of appointment process• Audit day to day work, insuring compliance with DOI rules and regulations• Process expense reports• Produce various reports as needed

Desired Skills:• Associates or Bachelors degree, or equivalent experience• 1+ years of experience working in agent licensing with another insurance company• Demonstrate familiarity with company policies/ procedures• Demonstrate a working knowledge of departmental organizational structure/function
