Kforce Senior .NET Developer in Lisle, Illinois
Kforce has a client seeking a Senior NET Developer in Lisle, IL.Duties:
Construct SQL statements to select, insert and update data utilizing SQL Server database
Complete assigned tasks within established specifications and time frames
Participate in Peer code reviews
Create and document specifications of enhancements and functional additions to the code
Perform other duties as may be assigned by management
A lead full-stack Web developer with strong to expert skills in:
C# - Must have a strong command of the language as well as the .NET Framework
MVC5, ASP.NET Webforms - Thorough understanding of Web development using Views, Partial Views, and AJAX implementation, Web API, Entity Framework
HTML5/CSS3 - this includes knowledge of CSS Frameworks such as Bootstrap
JavaScript/jQuery - Should be good with scripting and troubleshooting
Experience with Agile and Test driven development method
Strong experience in handling data with JSON
Development and Maintenance of existing C#, ASP.NET, MVC, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, WebAPI
Knowledge of C#, asp.net (webforms) and ASP.Net Core
Willing to learn and quickly adapt to new tools and technologies
Should be self-starter and work with minimum support
Nice to Have:
At least 2-3 years of enterprise search application development and administration experience with Apache Lucene SOLR
Enterprise Search using SOLR/Elastic Search
Ability to use SOLR/Elastic for data searches in structured and unstructured data
Solid understanding of best practices for faceted search, autocomplete, and relevance boosting
Creating ad hoc SOLR Queries and build SOLR queries for multiple search requirements
