Supply Chain Planner
5 month contract
Up to 31 an hour
•Involve in all PSM escalation shortages including expediting and updates in E2Open PSM system
•Work closely with all related CM to understand the impact and actions needed to close escalations timely
•Participate in shortage meetings with suppliers when necessary
•Manage supplier support of the business for On Time Delivery and monthly revenue goals.
•Meet delinquent backlog goals.
•Manage Purchase Orders maintenance and commit compliance accuracy on supplier commits
to support Customer Request Ship Dates.
•Maintain strong supplier relationships.
•Support all related activities as it relates to OBSIL, Last Time Buys, Engineering Change
Notices and sale of Scan Engines to EMS/JDM.
•Day-to-Day management of buyers and support of team tasks as it relates to Run Rate,
Recovery, Expedite, CRM reporting /co-ordination etc.
•Input data into the Part Shortage Management (PSM) system
•Download and format data from PSM into Excel
•Pull data from Supplier Visibility (SV) for various organizations (Excel files)
•Email reports and files per Supply Assurance cadence
•Generate, maintain and manage inventory purchase orders per demand signals to assigned suppliers.
•Manage and drive deliveries from suppliers to achieve high On Time Delivery to meet customer requested ship date with minimum delinquent backlogs. Execute ocean freight cost saving.
•Manage day to day operational matters and review with suppliers on demand/supply information, reports (run rate) and timely updates.
•Drive toward achieving high attainment of supply planner score card in PO price compliance, material attainment, Part/Supplier set up, ZCM Utilization, supply commit accuracy and compliance.
•Provide support to finance on Account Payable issues and resolutions.
•Execute internal supply planner cadence/ activities per outlined such as Delivery Recovery/Misalignment Report and updates.
•Provide timely responses always to supplier, internal Zebra stakeholders on queries related to business.
•Perform other duties assigned as required.
Bachelors Degree or equivalent
With 0-2 or more years of business operatons, demand/supply planning / purchaising related experience
Demonstrate initiative, adaptability and problem solving skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent follow throug on actions
A high level of comfort in working with numbers and display a strong sense of urgency to resolve issues
Strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and Oracles are advantages
