The Drupal Solutions Architect will lead the efforts to ensure proper maintenance and quality of the developer.zebra site. You will work to perform analysis, design, evaluation, modification, testing and implementation of enterprise-wide web systems.

Responsibilities

• Performs analysis, design, evaluation, modification, testing and implementation of enterprise-wide web systems (e.g., PHP, JavaScript, HTML, AWS, Solr, Apache, Akamai).

• Develops less complex potential electronic data processing applications and prepares design proposals to reflect cost, time and alternative actions to satisfy existing and future needs of the corporation.

• Utilizes unit tests and protocols for evaluation of system performance.

• Conducts analysis of systems specifications and uses the latest analysis/diagramming tools to represent business/technical processes.

• Develops conversion and system implementation plans.

• Prepares and obtains approval of system and programming documentation.

• Recommends changes in development, maintenance, and system standards.

• May train user personnel in the conversion and implementation of the system.May be internal or external, client-focused, working in conjunction with Professional Services and outsourcing functions

• Provides timely resolution of problems or escalation on behalf of customer.

• Performs system upgrades including planning and scheduling, coordination and deploying.

• Ensures availability and performance of systems and application environments through proactive as well as reactive analysis and maintenance.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required

• 8+ years of Information Technology experience required

• Drupal experience required

• Experience performing analysis, design, evaluation, modification, testing and implementation of enterprise-wide web systems (e.g., PHP, JavaScript, HTML, AWS, Solr, Apache, Akamai) required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree preferred

• Experience with driving Software as a Service (SaaS) transformation is preferable

• Demonstrate understanding of licensing principles in software industry

• Experience driving business transformations and enabling adoption of new technologies across business units

• Good understanding of digital marketing platform, software license management and distribution processes

• Strong technical background in Web Portal Technologies like digital marketing tools, web portals, Enterprise Content Management Systems (Adobe Experience Manager), single sign-on integration, Salesforce.com Administration (users, accounts, product catalogs, workflows).

• Hands-on experience with software license management platforms, preferably Revenera’s FlexNet Operations product

• Good interaction and communication with business stakeholders

• Good understanding of product development team and IT enterprise applications development team

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of business executives, managers, and subject matter experts

• Great articulation, with ability to drive focused meetings with various stakeholders (business & IT)

• Analytical thinking and excellent, problem-solving skills
