Duties: Troubleshoot, adjust, maintain and repair high speed production equipment Maintain and adjust camera's monitoring production lines Perform PM procedures on production and facility equipment Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; listening for problems; using measuring and testing instruments Removes defective parts by dismantling devices; using hand and power tools; examining form and texture of parts Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments Controls downtime by informing production workers of routine preventive maintenance techniques and monitoring compliance Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations Job Requirements: Two or four year technical degree in electronics, mechanical or industrial machines preferred. Minimum of 2 years experience in an manufacturing setting with emphasis on electrical/electronic, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Able to utilize and understand test equipment such as VOM's, current clamps, oscilloscopes and other diagnostic devices. Ability to operate basic hand tools. Good computer, math and reading skills. Must be flexible and able to work any shift, sometimes at short notice. Detail oriented, have good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to stand for a long period of time and lift up to 50 pounds on an infrequent basis.
