Desktop Support

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in a desktop support or helpdesk role. You will be internal customer facing updating and reimaging computers for a high profile municipal office. Candidates should have Microsoft Certifications to demonstrate expertise and proficiency in a Microsoft environment. This position is a 6 month contract located in Joliet, IL.

  • Experience in Desktop and IT Help Desk support roles

  • Hold current Microsoft Certifications

  • Maintain professionalism in a confidential environment

  • Ability to speak as a main point of contact for resolving problems and ensuring hardware and system support is provided

  • Experience with system security would be preferred

  • The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment

  • A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required

  • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

  • Must be currently working in a similar position

  • Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
