We currently have an opportunity for an Engineering Group Leader to join our team located at our facility in Jacksonville, IL.

Your Role:

As an Engineering Group Leader, you will oversee the process engineering team and their initiatives by combining hands-on troubleshooting with supervision and providing data analysis, project management, financial coordination, and adherence to plant policies. As a leader you will perform designs in response to customer requests for project evaluations quickly, accurately and in conformance with department standards.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop the overhead Annual Improvement Plan for our products

  • Implement new designs and developments

  • Manage technical budget for assigned product family

  • Lead a successful team and provide feedback on individual performance

Ultimately, you will ensure that we take advantage of the development opportunities that arise and will provide leadership expertise in continuous improvement so that we may continue to be the best and most innovative company in the industry.

We need you to have:

  • BS degree in Engineering

  • 7+ years of experience in engineering

  • Prior management or supervisory experience

  • Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office, including Excel

Icing on the cake:

  • Experience in process engineering

  • Understanding of SAP, Maintenance Connection, and other similar software
