FUJIFILM Account Analyst in Hanover Park, Illinois
FUJIFILM North America Corporation consists of six divisions including Imaging, Electronic Imaging, Graphic Systems, Optical Devices, Industrial Products and Corporate New Business Development, and the Technical Service Division. These companies market a broad range of consumer and commercial products in North America and Latin America. The Imaging Division (ID) provides consumer and commercial photographic products and services. The Electronic Imaging Division (EID) markets consumer digital cameras; the Graphic Systems Division (GSD) supplies products and services to the graphic printing industry; the Optical Devices Division (OD) provides optical lenses for broadcast, cinematography, closed circuit television and binoculars. The Industrial Products Division (IPD) supplies cutting edge digital imaging and conventional film, chemistry and equipment to the NDT industry. The Technical Service Division (TSD) provides service support to the Graphics and Imaging Division.
The Account Analyst will support the operations, sales and service for a national drug store account. This individual will be part of a team responsible for selling products, maintaining equipment, assisting in new product rollout, monitoring product pricing, evaluating promotions, and maintain high percentage of order fill rate. This role supports multiple categories including equipment, products, service, store audits, finance, and RFPs.
Manage product assortment and pricing in Ariba
Validate SKU pricing, product codes & UPC codes using E-Pro
Use the Stibo integration for all product pricing, dimensions and descriptions
Maintain templates for all pricing, SAP and WIC codes
Clear all chargebacks on weekly basis
Contest shipping penalty & fees, damage charges, and freight claim penalties
Set up new locations and products within various systems
Maintain monthly vendor scorecard recapping all sales activity by product group
Prepare monthly invoices for service, parts, and online processing business
Update all product forecasts on a monthly basis
Maintain shipping schedules while achieving a high level of on time deliveries
Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales analysis preferably in a marketing/sales environment
Computer program skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Proficiency using MS Office especially advanced Excel (including ability to create complex spreadsheets with Pivot Tables, V look ups, etc.)
Prior experience making presentations to internal teams and clients
Prior experience interpreting data and graphs from a variety of sources including PowerPoint
Knowledge of Ariba, E-pro, Stibo client platforms
Analytical and detailed oriented
Solid mathematical aptitude
Ability to identify and solve problems
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills
