Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Create accurate and labor efficient schedules for the department 4 weeks out to ensure enough time to have them prepared for posting.
Posting department schedules 3 weeks out for team members to see.
Approve or Deny time off requests for the department within 48 hours of the request being submitted in the system.
Ensure that every team member in the department are being assigned the proper certifications to work their location.
Monitor the Not Scheduled list and work effortlessly to ensure that everyone that is available to be scheduled is working.
Taking care to remove any inactive team members or suspended team members from the schedule.
Running the Scheduled Labor Report weekly and communicating report to department Manager.
Monitoring Templates and communicating any potential issues or changes to Manager.
Work with Department in regards to have the best for business schedules.
Communicating Hiring needs with Administrative Full-Time throughout season.
Skills and Qualifications:
Outgoing, professional, and friendly demeanor.
Computer experience required.
Strong time management, organizational, teamwork and leadership skills required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
Park experience preferred.
Available to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
