Construction Technician/ Engineer – Seasonal / Temporary
Fairview Heights, IL
We have an immediate seasonal / temporary opening for a Construction Technician/ Engineer to join our team in Fairview Heights, IL. Qualified candidates will perform construction engineering services in the St. Louis Metro area, extending to Central Illinois. You will have an opportunity to work in the field on road and bridge construction projects.
Specific Requirements include:
IDOT and/or ISHTA construction Phase 3 experience, required
Local Agency, federally funded construction Phase 3 experience, preferred
Active IDOT Documentation Certification, desired
Other IDOT Construction Certifications, desired
Expertise with documentation requirements and inspection procedures
Valid Driver’s License
Must be willing to work outside in various weather conditions
Some travel may be required
Must frequently lift and/ or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/ or move up to 40 pounds
