This job was posted by : For more information, please see: Job id : 10134BRJob DescriptionSCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES/EXPECTATIONS:Create the documentation for each process and workstation in a given manufacturing department.Responsible for coordinating and training employees and contract associates on all manufacturing processes in the department.Maintain training and validation records in all processes ensuring a flexible workforce.Assist New Product Introduction with training and documentation of Standard Work Instructions prior to transitioning to production.Perform time studies on processes to reduce cycle time and improve cost.Investigate and root cause workmanship quality issues.Write and post operator alerts.Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.Must be able to work with light fabrication equipment.Must be willing to be flexible and rotate between various positions and sometimes shifts in the operation based on business needs.
