  • Education and Experience:*

Requires a high school diploma, GED or related experience equivalent. Requires an acceptable valid Driver’s License with clear driving record.

  • Job Summary:*

The Construction Laborer is responsible for the construction of fencing and decking in addition to hoop building construction. This also includes communicating with customers, concerning repairs and maintenance during construction.

  • Reports to / Supervision Received:*

Structures Location Manager

  • Essential Functions (other duties may be assigned):*

  • Drive to the jobsite per instruction of manager, assess customer’s service needs, complete the work to the customer’s satisfaction, and complete service documentation.

  • Develop mechanical skills, learn new techniques and remain current with product requirements for installing material to meet safety specifications while maintaining quality workmanship with minimal warranty.

  • Willingness to learn and be part of a team.

  • Must perform moderate to heavy physical activities in all weather conditions. At times must be able to lift significant weight safely. Be able to climb and work off a ladder.

  • Maintain safe working environment and upon completion of day’s work ensure job site is clean and clear of debris.

  • Ensure that all sales tickets are completed, signed and submitted accurately to ensure all tickets are processed in a timely manner.

  • Maintain inventory on truck and have knowledge and understanding of all parts, part numbers and part descriptions.

  • Must maintain a valid driver’s license.

  • Completes necessary paperwork.

  • Responsible for maintaining company equipment according to company standards, adheres to the company Uniform Policy, and maintains the appropriate professional image.

  • Successfully adhere to safety rules and company policies and procedures. EHS, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures must be adhered to at all times.
