Employees are responsible for handling products that have been returned for repair. They will be scanning products, completing basic tear down, entering information into the computer system, clean products, and repackage as needed. Basic computer skills are a must (Office/Excel, File search, data entry) – experience with Oracle, Salesforce, SAP, and Access are a bonus. Someone who has worked as a cable installer for Charter/Direct TV or in Best Buy’s Geek Squad might be a good fit.
