Description

Thank you for your interest in a position with Equitable.

This position supports our sales associates with real time tracking and follow up on written business to expedite the underwriting and to review and follow up items as needed in order issue contracts as submitted. The support provided results in clients receiving their contract approvals sooner and commissions to our Associates being paid timely. Additionally, this position supports our Associates by monitoring and reporting production club status and validation status monthly. This position works closely with our New Business Coordinator and reports directly to our Branch Operations Manager.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2 years of similar experienced.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.

  • Excellent ability to communicate effectively with people.

  • Excellent organization, written and verbal skills.

  • Expertise with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, & PowerPoint) are very important.

  • Proficient use of technology, social media, relationship management systems (i.e. Salesforce) preferred.

  • Displays good judgment, decision making skills, understand the need for confidentiality at all levels of work and can handle adversity and multiple deadlines at the same time.

  • Background or experience in client/customer service, marketing, communications or knowledge of the financial services industry is helpful.
