The Technical Trainer is a unique opportunity to

  • Contribute in a meaningful way to develop programs that help develop Solution Architect’s individual skills, competence and potential for solution deployment, in-line with the Esko skill matrix,

  • In this role, the Technical Trainer will analyze current training methodologies, design/enhance, and develop comprehensive training material and courses for the onboarding and continual development using a variety of instructional techniques for Brand Owner Deployment Solution Architects, Project Managers, Pre-Sales Consultants, Support Engineers and Partners resources.

Critical Success Factors for the Ideal Candidate Profile are:

  • Monitor and report on the quality of training followed and fieldwork carried out by deployment resources, and implement, measure and problem solve performance along with three types of KPIs (Financial, Customers, Resources/Talent),

  • Act as a mentor/senior internal consultant as required on projects to guide new and junior associates,

  • Identifying ways to streamline the currently manual processes in this area of the business, continually identify opportunities to build standardization into our offering, working with our Deployment & Quality teams to implement these.

  • To implement and apply an effective onboarding program for internal and external partner resources covering needed product and process training conforming to Esko standard and best-practice deployment processes,

  • Keep own knowledge up to date by attending relevant courses to maintain an overview of products required for training and project delivery.

Your Education and/or Background Experience will include:

  • 10+ years’ experience (or equivalent) in areas such as business process or asset management technology solution architecture, ideally in a marketing or packaging domain,

  • Have a Bachelor or Master degree (or equivalent professional qualification),

  • Experience and exposure in Esko software (WebCenter, MediaBeacon, Automation Engine) along with experience in Packaging and BLUE software is considered a plus; and other technical services domains (e.g. application engineering, enterprise-level software installation),

  • Proven ability to work in multi-functional teams, networking effectively with others to achieve desired goals and Internal cross-functional relationship building,

  • Has worked in environments that provide software training and/or services to customers from the consumer goods, pharmaceutical or retail sectors.
