The Technical Trainer works within our Global Operations Center team who supply technical training and support to our clients who are using various software packages including QlikView Business Intelligence reporting tool and IBM TRIRIGA IWMS (Integrated Workplace Management System) for Real Estate Lease Administration, Transaction Management, Capital Project Management, Space Management, and Facility Management functions. n Essential Job Duties: Schedules and plans technical training events, either onsite or virtual Deliver technical training using a set of sample users in dedicated training environments Participate in the creation and updates of technical training user guides Work with the training content coordinator for updates to online training videos Provides input for ideas and enhancements to the product development teams May perform other duties as assigned n Skills, Education and Experience: BS/BA in Computer Engineering or Computer Science or related field Minimum 2 years of technical training experience Strong technical teaching and communication skills Experience involved in supporting technical training organizations Minimum 2 years working (nonconfiguration) IBM TRIRIGA knowledge or similar IWMS Common Business Application knowledge (i.e. MS Office) Working Conditions: Normal working conditions with the absence of disagreeable elements.
