Job Title: Technical Support Specialist - Level II / III

Job Location: Chicago, IL

Job Salary: $60k-$70k + Benefits + Flex Hours (2 days+ remote!)

Job Requirements: At least 5 years experience as a Technical Support Specialist - Level II / III with a SaaS based company (ideally smaller than 150)

Located in the gorgeous city of Chicago, we are an established leader in delivering businesses with the tools necessary to record and organize data across multiple platforms. Due to growth, we are looking to bring on an enthusiastic Technical Support Specialist with a positive attitude and great collaborative nature. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a Level II / III role in a SaaS company (ideally smaller than 150). Experience with Telecom, Call Centers, and Salesforce is a plus!

What You Will Be Doing

You will be diving deep into problem-solving, troubleshooting, and performing remote diagnostics for our clients. You will focus on SQL queries to retrieve data, as well as installation, integration, and set up with hardware and software products. Great customer skills are a must!

What You Need for this Position

Must Have Skills:

1.) 5+ years Technical / Customer Support Level II / III (role is 70%-80% phone support)

2.) SaaS experience

3.) BA / BS in Computer Science or equivalent

Nice to Have Skills:

1.) Startup experience (or company smaller than 150 people)

2.) Knowledge of Salesforce and MS Office and SQL Server

3.) Telecom / Call Center experience
