IMS OpsLocation: Chicago, IL 60606Start Date: 7/30/2018End Date: 12/31/2018Qualifications:Lift up to 50lbs & Push/pull 400lbs Active position, on feet all day Good customer service skills. Good organization skills. Computer/technology savvy (web based application and smart phone app used for package delivery) Responsibilities: POSITION PROFILE: Provides operations functions in one or all of the following areas: operate high volume mail processing equipment, ships and receives product and supplies, sorts, distributes and handles incoming and outgoing mail, as well as applies necessary postage. This position reports directly to the Site Manager. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Operate MS Office and Email systems. Mail Sorting Package Delivery & Obtaining signatures Logging Inbound / Outbound packages in to tracking system Mail sorting Meter outgoing USPS Mail Pickup and drop off at Post Office (located in the building) Assist customers with large deliveries (skids/pallets of IT equipment, etc.) Maintains daily meter and service logs.
