This role will be responsible for the Supply Chain Data Analysis for the Central Business Unit to ensure we have the right product in the right place at the lowest landed cost. While delivering the daily results, this role is continuously looking for process opportunities to improve warehouse and systems operations. This role will operate out of the Dallas/Chicago office and report to the Inventory Supervisor.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Ordering for inventory programs such as Barcel, Bimbo-Marinela, Entenmann’s.

  • Creation of daily, weekly, reports for service metrics and KPIs.

  • Analysis on cost savings and opportunities.

  • Reviewing inventory levels and monitoring scrap.

  • Create and develop inventory SOPs and standardization of best practices among DCs.

  • Perform internal inventory audits.

  • Lead and train product accountability metrics and performance inside the Business Unit.

  • Prepare DCs and locations for GB audits.

  • Execute assigned projects in a timely manner.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering or related field. A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted.

  • Co-op or internship experience is a plus.

  • Demonstrated leadership and growth potential.

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, depending upon assigned projects.
