Job Description:

Provide hospitality, mail, distribution, copy, printing, reception, file, or other services defined or outlined in DTI/Epiq’s service agreement with client• Provide support for miscellaneous requests and flex services with a “can do” attitude and philosophy• Maintain a positive team-player mentality• Accurately communicate with client staff and DTI/Epiq team members regarding commitments, deadlines, challenges, requests, etc• Deliver on service commitments in a timely and accurate manner• Invest proper effort and QC approach to deliver highest quality work and service• Comply with DTI/Epiq’s standards of operations as set forth in the contract agreement, the site operations manual, and the employee handbook• Expected to uphold the Standards of Service and best practices developed by DTI/Epiq

Requirements:

• Must have excellent customer service skills, good communication skills, ability to multi- task, do not mind cleaning up after others.• Provide immediate attention and acknowledgment to customers entering the Firm’s Café & Convenience areas.• Follow the established guidelines and operating procedures in the Firm’s Café, Coffee Bar, & Convenience Areas.• Exhibit ability to take verbal instructions while taking notes to properly respond and handle client service requests.• Perform walk through of various floors to inspect and ensure that all areas are clean, stocked with supplies and ready for daily services.• Cleaning, dusting, dishwashing, trash removal, and other incidental tasks as assigned.• Monitor and listen to customers to understand inquiries and requests in order to provide accurate and prompt assistance• Ability to stand for long periods of time, and to lift or move 40 lbs. walking, bending, reading, kneeling, standing, sitting.• Comprehensive knowledge of the English language in order to communicate with guests and employees verbally and in written.• customer service, hospitality, or housekeeping experience• Open to training, flexible schedule to cover copy and mail services when needed.
