A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals Uses considerable judgment to determine solutions and seeks guidance on complex problems Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor. May interact with peers/ and or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture Determines methods and procedures on new assignments with guidance
Minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a Scrum Master, working in a scaled environment across multiple scrum teams (4-5 teams minimum) at one time.
Minimum of 1 Certification from the below list:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certfied Scrum Professional (CSP) ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP) IAgile Certified Expert (ICE) Certified SAFe Agilist (SA) Certified SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) Preferred Skills:
Hands on experience or Knowledge of Scrums of Scrums/Complex ecosystem Agile tool suite background (ie. Jira and Confluence, Rally, Agile Central) In-depth Agile Knowledge Driven and proactive Good facilitation skills Experience with working with distributed Agile teams Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future
