The Sales Coordinator/Contract Administrator is a unique opportunity to:
Contribute in a substantial way to provide excellent service to our customers and improve efficiency for the Brands Sales Team.
This role can be based in Chicago, IL or Minneapolis, MN. If based out of our Chicago, IL office, we are conveniently located across from the Cumberland Blue Line stop at 8430 West Bryn Mawr Ave, Suite 1100.
In this role the Contract Administrator will manage the contract acquisition and fulfillment between Esko and its customers post sales. Coordinates contract negotiation, approval, termination in accordance with Esko´s policies, regulatory requirements and customer specifications. Manages changes for contracts and coordinates all interested parties.
The Contract Administrator will manage subscription renewals. They will support the Brand Sales team to reach their quarterly regional targets. Responsible for keeping track and structuring various tasks and employee documents, including:
Assisting Sales and coordinating the overall team with renewal details for WebCenter projects.
Single point of contact for Fields Sales order entry documentation and administration for all order and contracts.
Managing subscription renewals for the field sales team (ex. PO, invoices).
Assisting Sales with proposal preparation.
E-commerce: Follow up on brands e-orders monthly to ensure that the sales team can follow up and drive sales.
Managing requests, process new incoming orders and renewals of existing contracts with Esko Brands distributors (admin tasks).

Your Education and/or Background Experience will include:
3+ years of proven track record in customer-facing role (Coordinator, Sales assistant, Customer success, relationship management, or client services)
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field
Experience and exposure in SaaS or Enterprise software platform a plus
History of being a team player, relationship builder, with an eye for details
