Salesforce Professional Services is looking for a Principal Customer Success Architect. If you're passionate about innovation, come help revolutionize how companies collaborate and communicate with customers. The Principal Customer Success Architect plays a critical role in helping our Education and Nonprofit customers to accelerate their use of Salesforce technology by advising on industry best practices, driving customer visioning and alignment, and architecting solutions for short and long-term customer success on the Salesforce platform.
Become a highly certified and recognized Salesforce platform expert.
Be a trusted advisor engaging with C-Level executives to define their organization’s IT roadmap, to align their business vision and to define the proposed Architecture Blueprint.
Provide guidance on building industry solutions on the Salesforce platform for Nonprofit and Education customers.
Guide customers to innovate and accelerate their growth by leveraging the right mix of tools and features provided by the Salesforce platform and AppExchange solutions.
Provide customer guidance to design a scalable architecture while advising customers to develop a corresponding integration and data migration strategy to support large volumes of data.
Provide architecture oversight, governance and ensure adherence to industry best practices.
Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems.
7+ years of enterprise consulting experience, including implementation experience with one or more common enterprise software solutions including Salesforce and other platforms.
Experience with key areas of Enterprise Architecture, including but not limited to, integration technologies, large data volumes, single sign-on (SSO), and master data management (MDM).
Experience guiding customers and colleagues in rationalizing and deploying emerging technologies that drive increased business value.
Polished and effective communicator with the ability to evangelize best practices at various levels within a customer organization.
Strong executive presentation skills to influence organizational alignment and adoption.
Skilled at analyzing and mapping complex business processes, while identifying opportunities for business process re-engineering. Experienced in developing business process improvement initiatives.
Customer success-oriented with a relentless focus on making our customers successful.
Team player with an ability to align a team, drive collaboration, and work cross-functionally.
Ability to travel up to 20-30%.
Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or in a related field.
Salesforce Certified (Admin, Advanced Admin, Sales Consultant, Service Consultant, Education Cloud Consultant, Nonprofit Cloud Consultant)
Any other enterprise architecture certification (E.g. TOGAF)
