Experience Cloud

We are looking for a Senior/Lead UX Designer who is excited to provide their unique contributions across our Digital Experience and Marketing products.As a member of our curious, highly collaborative and motivated User Experience team, you will collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to bring your ideas to life. You will be involved at each level of the product development process – everything from Customer and User insights gathering, future-visioning, prototyping to implementation and testing. You’ll have an opportunity to make an impact while solving meaningful problems and creating new design patterns and paradigms

Essentials

Salesforce Essentials is looking for a Principal or Lead UX Designer to help build the number one CRM for Small Business. We are seeking a designer who is passionate about small business and solving the challenges they face. As a core member of the product team, you will help define the experience and articulate the product vision through strong rationale, rapid prototyping, visual story storytelling, thought leadership, and seasoned intuition. You’ll work closely with other product designers, product managers, researchers and engineers and will get your hands dirty in all aspects of the end-to-end process. Experience with startups and/or passion for working within a fast-moving environment is critical. A skill set anchored in both design and front end development is also a big plus.

Sales Cloud

As a Lead Product Designer working on the Sales Cloud User Experience team, you’ll have the opportunity to work on many consumer-like product areas like calendaring, email, voice, activities, and more. Our UX team is also at the forefront of leveraging Einstein, Salesforce's intelligence engine that can be configured to surface insights, forecasts, and predictions throughout the Sales experience. Pardot

The Salesforce Pardot team is looking for a Staff, Senior or Lead UX designer. Our team is made up of talented and hard-working researchers, designers, engineers, and product managers who collaborate closely to create amazing B2B marketing tools for audience segmentation, message creation, and marketing automations. We are a user-centered design group that values our customers’ success and trust. This role will focus on designing our end-to-end message sending experience.

Responsibilities:

Compellingly communicate your ideas to a wide range of key stakeholders

Function as a bridge across disciplines, such as Design, Product, Engineering, and Marketing

Partner closely with product owners, engineers and user research to create a vision for your product area

Own various web and mobile application features, interfaces and experiences

Create designs that adhere to and extend the existing style guide

Generate detailed specs of final designs that allow devs to build accurately

Work with devs and QE to deliver polished final product

Evangelize new interface guidelines and design patterns

Mentor new members of design staff

Experience / Skills Required:

5+ years of experience designing and delivering products in cross-functional teams from start to finish

Deep knowledge of user-centered design methods and best practices and you’re always looking to improve on your process

The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, agile environmentDesigning or maintaining Mobile Design Systems

Power to influence others and build consensus, while dealing with ambiguity

Self-motivated, a good communicator, able to balance great design while meeting short deadlines

Experience using data, user research and other approaches to help make recommendations and iterate on the product

A deep appreciation and talent for simple solutions to complex problems

Expert knowledge of design tools such as Sketch, PhotoShop, Illustrator

BA/BS or MA/MS in design related field, or equivalent experience

Ability to step back and see the whole ecosystem and provide solutions that better the entire user flow not only the feature.
