Description: The IT support provides support to all units represented at client, including academic, research, administrative staff, clinic and student users to analyze, coordinate, evaluate and implement the appropriate computer hardware, software applications and network/communication technology. This position is the first line technical support,



Process incoming calls and request for all levels of support Support walk-ins users with request Documents all request using the it ticket request system Assist with Webex and Teams Support or Conference Phone Support Escalate unknown support issues to Lead Tech to restore service and/or identify problems 20%

Troubleshooting and maintenance of hardware and software applications for students Escalate classroom issues to Education Tech, if student is unable to resolve issue to restore service and/or identify problems Assist Education Tech with classroom and presenter support Assist with hardware delivery, moves and installs Assist with the process of equipment scrap pickup following the University disposal process Assist with maintaining proper documentation of information for inventory using asset software 10%

Create support information for knowledgebase; contributes to process and procedure improvements Assist Web Master with input of data online and online event registration, photo editing and assist with web support ticket system tickets Updates and maintains assigned SOPs; contributes to process and procedure improvements Verify assigned documentation and scan into digital folder Assists in routine project as assigned. 5%
