We’re looking for a talented IT Ops Technician to provide walk up helpdesk support. You’ll join a team whose mission is to provide joy through frictionless support that is globally consistent and solves problems in innovative and creative ways to have a big impact.
How You Will Make An Impact
Handle incoming requests for first level IT support tickets and walk ups at the helpdesk
Manage deployment of IT equipment, including imaging and configuration management
Support AV for internal and customer facing events
Train and prepare our new hiresto be productive day one
Document our systems and ensure our processes are always improving
What You Will Need To Succeed
HS Diploma or GED
3+ year of experience in an IT support role
Strong technical problem solving and critical thinking skills
Knowledge of the following platforms: Google Apps, Mac OS, iOS, Android, Windows, Zendesk, Okta
Strong customer service skills, including VIP support
Ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time preferred
