Job Purpose: This position is responsible for planning, coordinating and ensuring all servers in the distributed environment are patched for any Operating System vulnerabilities in compliance with defined HCSC’s current IS Security policies. The job requires excellent project management, communication (verbal and written) skills across multiple functional areas in the organization.

Required Job Qualifications: * Bachelor’s Degree and 4 years of in Information Technology OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 4 years of Information Technology experience OR 6 years of Information Technology experience.* Strong project management experience. * Experience and knowledge of VMware Redhat, SUSE, AIX, Solaris, Windows end-to-end server patching life-cycle management.* Knowledge of Microsoft Patch Management best practices.* Good understanding of security vulnerability scanning process and ability to prioritize the implementation of patching by different risk categories. * Experience with coordinating with infrastructure, application and business stakeholders in preparing and publishing annual Maintenance calendars for downtime required for cyclical patching.* Experience with Change Management and ITSM tools and processes (Example: ServiceNow, CASD, etc)* Ability to create patching efficiency KPI’s and dashboards* Knowledge of automated patch deployment tools such as SCCM, Blagelogic, etc* Continuous improvement* Incident management, problem management, and Root-cause analysis.* Performance / metrics-driven decision making* Ability to work in a high performing, stressful environment.

Preferred Job Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in relevant field (IT, Engineering) or equivalent career experience* Experience working in a highly outsourced environment * Oral/written communication skills
