What does a great Implementation Analyst, Staff do?
The Implementation Analyst, Staff will provide conversion support to banks and credit unions by completing the data requirements and code for moving source data from donor systems into our DNA core processing solution. You will be incremental to building the foundation of a successful conversion. You will complete stored procedures, map business logic, perform quality assurance testing, generate reports, and conduct data analysis to ensure accuracy of data and DNA functionality. You will solve problems and build solutions that will impact the financial lives of our clients. You will perform critical data fixes for existing clients and work collaboratively with teams in all disciplines to devise solutions that make a difference to our clients, their consumers, and our Fiserv revenues.

Basic Qualifications for Consideration :
Solid understanding of financial technologies, with working knowledge of lending, deposit processing, and/or customer demographic policies, procedures, reporting, security, and regulations
Proficient in SQL, preferable ORACLE SQL
Ability to validate programming results against requirements and donor data
Detailed understanding of DNA, its relational database structure, and our client’s business processes
Experience analyzing and interpreting data, as well as leading discussions on business and technical topics
Knowledge of programming standards, Oracle relational database architecture and execution practices, software development tools, and PL/SQL code optimization experience
Direct experience performing special projects to improve financial business processes and generate revenue
Ability to multi-task and change direction in a fast-paced technical delivery environment
Experience coaching and guiding both clients and associates through technical projects on strict deadlines
Proven experience in conducting code reviews, software design, and programming
Experience working within a data warehouse environment, creating views, building custom reports, performing advanced analytics
3+ years of experience SQL programming with understanding of PL/SQL
3+ years of experience in system conversions and in a working remote environment
3+ years of experience working with DNA
4+ years of hands-on, financial industry experience in conversion programming or software development for information technology, loan servicing, deposit operations, or EDW.
