Westward360, Inc. Exterior Maintenance Tech in Chicago, Illinois
Growing property Management company seeking an experienced Exterior Maintenance Tech. The candidate must specialize in everything exterior such as, exterior building maintenance including roofing & siding repairs, exterior surface cleaning, with ability to handle interior handyman repairs as well when needed. The candidate must possess the ability to multitask, have strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as exceptional flexibility and obtain time-management skills.
As an Exterior Maintenance Tech you will handle...
Roofing: patch small flat roof holes and troubleshoot leaks.
Accurately develop roofing estimates and proposals that clearly describe how the project requirements will be met
Collaborate with Project Managers to complete work orders
Construction and repair of a variety of commercial roofs
Basic repair and installation tasks
Minimum Qualifications:
Must pass a background and drug test
Ability to climb up and down ladders
Two years roofing production experience + handyman experience
Must have your own tools
Must have a medium to large vehicle for tools/equipment
Experience in masonry /cement work would be a huge PLUS!
Estimation skills and prior condo inspection experience a PLUS!
Wages: Starting pay is based on experience; range is $20-$30/hour
