The Hertz Corporation Body Damage Maintenance Supervisor - O'Hare in Chicago, Illinois
To manage all functions related to damage estimating and the repairing of vehicles.
Provide administrative support to all damage estimating functions.
Responsible for communicating daily tasks for the department.
Estimate body damage and coordinate repair schedules with outsourced body shops.
Maintain, monitor and track vehicles through the various repair stages, provide guidance as required.
Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Must be able to work flexible shifts including; weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.
Must be computer literate with strong keyboarding skills.
2+ years in a management or supervisory role overseeing the repair and maintenance of the vehicles. ICAR / ASE (or equivalent) certified.
Complex problem solving skills; proven ability to solve problems independently.
Must be highly organized with excellent multi-tasking and verbal/written communication skills.
Ability to manage, develop and motivate staff.
2+ years in a management or supervisory role overseeing the repair and maintenance of vehicles. ICAR / ASE / trade school equivalent with certificates.
Collision repair appraisal experience desired.
