We are looking for EUC Support for an immediate need. This is a client facing role & the candidate will have regular interactions with various client managers.

Responsibilities:

+ End User Hardware Asset lifecycle management?
n
+ Assets receiving tracking Deployment Redeployment of assets as per the request fulfillment management process?
n
+ Decommission Disposal Asset Audits Stock Management tracking at the physically supported office locations?
n
+ Provisioning Initial troubleshooting to fix the issue or provision loaner replacement devices?
n
+ Asset Delivery Physically within campus to Business Partner seats and remote shipping?
n
+ Data Recovery Transfer of data from one asset to another asset of the end user?
n
+ Vendor Coordination for replacements warranty repairs?
n
+ Asset Refresh Software imaging with standard images before asset deployment?
n
+ VDI Provisioning based on established SOPs Ongoing CMDB Updates based on provisioning decommissioning of the assets managed?
n
+ Patching of Desktops Laptops VDI and MacOS devices?
n
+ Mobile Provisioning Primary contact for Tier 3 Incidents?
n
+ Primary contact for monitoring Mobile team functional email mailboxes?
n
+ Provisioning of Marketing Event iPads?
n
+ Provisioning of Mobile device requests other tasks assigned?
